DENVER (August 20, 2020)—For the second year in a row, the annual U.S. News – Best Lawyers® has recognized Fortis Law Partners with a Metropolitan Tier 3 ranking in Colorado for Criminal Defense: White-Collar. Fortis co-founders Julie Herzog and Christine Lamb were likewise honored, identified as Best Lawyers® in their respective areas of expertise. Fortis co-founder and partner Julie Herzog heads up Fortis’ corporate/securities practice and was distinguished by Best Lawyers for her work in Corporate Law. Herzog has accrued many accolades over the years, including recently being named a Super Lawyer for the sixth straight year for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Herzog consistently ranks in the Top 50 Women for Colorado Super Lawyers. She has also been named M&A Lawyer of the Year by ACQ Global Awards in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

She frequently represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the US Department of Labor, the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment and other government entities.
