Fortis Welcomes New Litigation Partner David Olsky
Fortis Law Partners has expanded its practice with the addition of litigation partner David Olsky. Experienced in complex commercial, securities and bankruptcy litigation, and responses to government investigations, Olsky has represented a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, public and private companies, creditor committees, broker-dealers and individuals. Olsky has litigated cases around the country, often with “bet the firm” stakes and, as one Court recently commented, some “extraordinary” outcomes. Congrats to Fortis client Eldorado Artesian Springs. Every year since 1991, a convention called the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting has been held in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, to determine where people can drink the best-tasting water. Water enthusiasts gather from far and wide to witness the spectacle dubbed “the Academy Awards of Water.” At this year’s 29th annual edition of the event, the honor of the best tasting tap water in the United States was awarded to Eldorado Springs, Colorado.
