Janice Martin
Legal Assistant
Janice Martin has served as a legal assistant in the Denver metro area since 1980, bringing more than four decades of experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has supported attorneys at several prominent law firms and has also held the dual position of office manager and paralegal.
Since joining Senn Fortis in 2013, Janice has focused primarily on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, industrial, retail, and resort transactions, as well as lender financing. She also has extensive experience with leasing and tenant-related issues.
Outside of work, she enjoys music, cooking, spending time at Lake McConaughy, and especially enjoys being with her family and granddaughters.
