Sonny Delgadillo

Sonny Delgadillo serves as a Transactional Paralegal at Senn Fortis, working on real estate, construction and litigation matters.  Working closely with the firm’s attorneys, he is responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial real estate and litigation documents, including leases, amendments, and other various related transactional agreements. His work also includes reviewing due diligence material and managing the preparation and filing of Colorado mechanics liens on private and public works projects as well as assisting with bond claims on federal projects.  In this role, Sonny ensures strict compliance with Colorado lien statutes, coordinates with attorneys, clients and title companies and helps facilitate efficient lease closings and enforcement strategies. While his background is primarily transactional, Sonny also supports litigation-related matters involving lien enforcement and construction disputes.

Before joining Senn Fortis, Sonny worked as a Commercial Lending Paralegal at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., where he collaborated with in-house counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial loan documents across diverse portfolios. He received an academic scholarship to the University of Colorado-Denver where he studied Information Technology. Outside of the office, Sonny enjoys all various forms of outdoor activities, including camping and hiking in Colorado’s landscapes, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
