Bryan D. McKae

Bryan McKae’s primary focus is providing corporate and securities representation to venture and private equity-backed emerging companies, real estate and renewable energy project developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and project investment and venture funds. During the course of his career, Bryan has assisted companies throughout their whole life cycle as outside general counsel, including with the formation and structuring of business entities, private placement securities transactions, venture and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, project financing and transactions, the drafting of shareholder and LLC agreements and commercial contracts, and other general corporate matters.

Bryan serves as the firm’s Managing Partner and is on the firm’s Management Committee.
