Jeremy Rothstein

Jeremy focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions representing both local and national clients. Jeremy has significant experience advising clients on retail and office leases, sophisticated financing transactions, and the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate.  

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Jeremy worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado as a member of the Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities Working Group. As a practicing attorney in Chicago, IL, Jeremy worked on MDL cases including Deepwater Horizon and technology-related FTC Second Requests.  

While in law school at Washington University, Jeremy was a law clerk for Judge Michael Reagan at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, chaired the Honor Council and Negotiation Competition, and was elected to the Order of Barristers. Jeremy is licensed to practice in Colorado and Illinois.
