JJ Asarch

Jonathan (JJ) Asarch is a business and real estate attorney with a focus on commercial real estate transactions, joint ventures, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contracts. JJ’s in-house experience —including serving as General Counsel — in the commercial real estate and healthcare sectors provides him with a practical, operator’s perspective on both legal and business strategy. 

JJ regularly represents real estate sponsors, investors, and developers in acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and leasing matters.

His corporate transactional work spans a broad range of industries, including hospitality and resort management, property management, transportation and logistics, railroads, manufacturing, dealerships, software solutions, agribusiness, staffing, pharmacy logistics, and healthcare. JJ has represented both strategic and private-equity backed clients in acquisitions across multiple sectors. He has also advised companies in successful sales to international, public, and strategic buyers and has guided physicians and dentists in selling their practices to private equity groups. 

JJ serves as outside general counsel and strategic advisor to a diverse client base, drawing on his experience with both established enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures.  He is committed to collaborating with business owners/founders, principals, investors, and in-house counsel to address challenges and seize opportunities with practical, business-minded solutions.
