Associate
Katelin is an associate in the real estate practice group, where she advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and development projects. She is experienced in conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing title and survey documents, and guiding clients through complex closings with precision and efficiency.
Before joining Senn Fortis, Katelin was a junior partner at a Massachusetts firm for ten years, where she conducted thousands of real estate closings and regularly drafted purchase and sale agreements, addenda, title commitments, deeds, powers of attorney, mortgages, notes, easement agreements, affidavits, condo documents and more.
Katelin previously served as a law clerk at a Boston-based firm and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bernadette Sabra at the Massachusetts District Court. In these roles, she regularly prepared interrogatories, deposition summaries, and other legal documents and gained experience in a variety of civil and criminal matters.

Outside of work, Katelin is an avid dog lover and marathon runner who enjoys Bikram yoga, cooking, and baking. She is also actively involved in supporting cancer research through advocacy and fundraising.
