Megan Ratcliffe
Associate
Megan is an associate working primarily with the employment litigation group, alongside the firm’s commercial litigation practice. She is experienced in drafting substantive, successful motions, conducting nuanced legal research, supporting strategic discovery efforts, developing factual investigations, and preparing matters for depositions and trial with skill and efficiency.
Before joining the firm, Megan worked as a contract research attorney for DLA Piper, where she assisted the litigation group in a targeted role. She previously practiced at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Denver, where she progressed automotive franchise cases at both the trial and appellate levels nationwide.
